THE SYMBIOSIS TEACHER – MANAGER A NEW EUROPEAN DIRECTION IN EDUCATION

Abstract
The teacher is not only a scientist, but also a good psychologist and a good manager, because he is permanently standing in front of pupils, teachers, parents, asking him for indispensable decisions in different situations.
The symbiosis between teacher and manager is possible. It achieves in the moment in which professional knowledge of teachers are at the full capacity with the management science. “The power” of the manager is different, but it has a bigger responsibility. On the other side, through its structure, the principal stays a teacher, a pedagogue.
