Abstract
In the juridical note “Four for the Gojdu Foundation”, Paul Popovici, lect. Ph. D. refers to the obligation of the Romanian state in what concerns the recovery of the Gojdu Foundation patrimony. There are also mentioned the Agreements between Romania and Hungary from the years 1937, 1953 and 2005 regarding the Gojdu Foundation patrimony.
