Abstract

The aim of our study is to establish an inventory and a minimal interpretation of the comparisons and inversions found in the Arghezian poetical language. This inventory will record some of the literary, regional or obsolete words and also the innovations that appear in Tudor Arghezi's poetry, which proves the diversity, the vitality and the complexity of his style and vocabulary.
