Abstract
Since the creation of the world and since the emergence of human life, up to our times, there have been all sorts of hypotheses helping to define each people, to characterize it and even to analyze it. The complexity of data related to its birth, to its development and expansion in time shows the necessity and the desire for putting them together, so as for us to have a better picture of them.
As for the Romanian people, several theories have been held. As this subject is always topical, since it corresponds to the very essence of the human being and of a community, we will begin by highlighting the information that we possess in this respect, before presenting certain aspects concerning expatriation.
