Abstract
Vasile Goldis gave European modern history his different attention, starting that epoch by
big spiritual effervescence which was produced the thinking of freedom and was promoted, the
criterion of truth, in special the Renaissance. He was present nuance criterion exam of
philosophical conception and social–politics invoking scientific conception, decisive about world of
Spinoza in spirits of his personal opinion by politic nature at present in writing of Hugo Gratius,
Millan, Locke. Transylvanian intellectual to get in first plan superiority idea of the natural right
about feudal, and other one thinking necessity of enlightened, any state, and a relation between
states, on base of right and freedoms, not the arbitrary.
In a significant mode for his humanist conceptions Vasile Goldis sees, at point of interfrence
between philosophy of history and culture, the progress through a time, the ensemble of humanity,
in light an some significant by cultural order, he distinguish oneself as history like a subject must to
be the mirror of cultural development of humanity, having mission to distinguish essential idea,
specific one epoch, which secularity in face those previous and conferring at the some time the
superiority in account with them.
