Abstract
Because the movement of large numbers of people in Romania, especially among poor shell of the population working abroad, many of the children remain in the care of extended family.
Given the European Parliament resolution on March 12, 2009 for migrants children, who are left in the home, a document that calls on Member States to adopt measures to improve the situation of children left home by their parents and to ensure development normal in terms of education and social life, in the fallowing we present the risks to which these children are subjected and the effects it could have on their parents leave to work abroad, we also adress the national and international normative acts protects.
